Pricing, refunds and cancellation

Operator details are not configured.

The name and contact address below are placeholders until the NEXT_PUBLIC_OPERATOR_* environment variables are set.

Price

A founder pays US$299.00, once, for one practice meeting: a live spoken practice meeting with an AI investor, of up to 55 minutes, and the written report on it. Joining a cohort and preparing your brief are free. There is no subscription: nothing renews and nothing else is charged.

The price is in US dollars. Your bank may convert it to your own currency and may charge its own fees for doing so.

When the meeting can be used

  • Your meeting can start only once Razorpay, our payment provider, has confirmed the full payment.
  • You must start the meeting within 7 days of a successful payment. A meeting not started by then expires.
  • The meeting counts as used when its conversation first opens. The 7 days are the time you have to start it, not time you can spread the meeting over.
  • A meeting cannot be paused or resumed. If you leave or your connection drops, you can start the conversation again in the same session, up to 3 times in all, without paying again - but it starts afresh, because nothing said before is kept, and the session still gives one report.

Refunds

Payments are not refundable. Once a payment has succeeded, no refund is given - including for a meeting not started within 7 days, a meeting you end early, or a meeting cut short by its time or usage limits.

Cancellation

A paid meeting cannot be cancelled. You can simply choose not to pay: nothing is charged until you complete a payment in Razorpay’s own window.

Payment errors

If you were charged twice for the same meeting, or charged without being able to start the meeting you paid for, write to [Contact email not configured] with the date and time of the payment. We check it with Razorpay, and any amount taken in error is returned through Razorpay to the way you paid.

Who you pay

Payments for FAUVION are taken by [Operator legal name not configured] through Razorpay. Card, bank and UPI details are typed into Razorpay’s window and never reach this site. See also the terms, the privacy notice and the contact page.
