What is real on this page, and what is simulated

Real, in your browser: the microphone, only if you choose it, and the measurements of your turns — how long you spoke, your pauses, how long you took to start, how far your pitch moved. They use the same measuring code as the real meeting. Your audio stays in this page: it is not recorded, transcribed or sent anywhere.

Simulated: the investor. Its lines are written in advance and come in order whatever you say, and its one follow-up is a fixed rule about how long you spoke. Its voice, if you choose one, is a voice built into your device standing in for the AI voice. The report at the end was written in advance for a fictional company.

In the real product the investor is an AI model run by OpenAI: it hears you, replies aloud in an AI voice, follows up on what you actually said, and writes your report from the whole meeting. That needs an account with OpenAI, so it is not part of this demo — nothing on this page contacts any AI provider.
